Our company originally started in Moberly, Missouri in 2007. In 2006 I purchased GM Fire Protection's
sister company, Solomon Boiler Works, from my father who had owned and operated the business since 1978. I worked within
Solomon Boiler Works from 1985 until 2006 when I took it over. From there I decided to expand into a separate business,
GM Fire Protection. GM Fire Protection was originally located at Pannell Street in Columbia, Missouri with the main
office in Moberly, Missouri. In March 2010 I moved both businesses to the present location at 6601 Stephens Station
Road in Columbia, Missouri.
